Personal data we process
Your identity and contact data, motorcycle and chassis data, service and maintenance records, licence class (for test rides), finance application data, appointment and event records, store CCTV images and website usage data.
Purposes and legal grounds
Sales and delivery, warranty and service, licence checks for test rides, referral to financing institutions, event organisation, security and legal obligations and, with your explicit consent, campaign communication.
Your data is processed on the grounds of performing and establishing contracts, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Your personal data may be shared only as far as the service requires with business partners, suppliers, legally authorised public bodies and IT service providers. Transfers abroad are made only in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction, deletion or destruction, ask for restriction of processing, learn which third parties received your data, and object to outcomes produced solely by automated analysis.
