Kuzgun motorcycles and Meltem scooters are delivered under the manufacturer's warranty; the Viraj Motor authorised service carries out warranty work.
Warranty scope
- Kuzgun motorcycles: 3 years with no mileage limit.
- Meltem scooters: 2 years, 20,000 km.
- Battery and consumables: battery 1 year; wear parts such as tyres, pads, chain and filters are outside the warranty.
- Roadside assistance: towing nationwide throughout the warranty period.
Periodic service schedule
On Kuzgun models the first service is due at 1,000 km and then every 6,000 km or 12 months; on Meltem models at 500 km, then every 4,000 km or 12 months. Services not done on time may affect the warranty.
Exclusions
Racing and track use, accident damage, unauthorised modification (exhaust, ECU software), wrong fuel and flooding are outside the warranty. Fitting approved accessories does not affect the warranty.

How does warranty work run?
For a fault under warranty, book a service appointment; fault diagnosis is free. After approval the part is ordered and repaired. For long repairs a replacement motorcycle or scooter is provided for a short period.
